BURNING ISSUES EAST AFRIAN INTEGRATION: The spirit of EAC Intergation allows free movement of skilled labour, and yet we have not fully utilised the policy. In contrast, we see our neighbours come in our country to utilise the opportunities. Why is it so? what is our shortcoming? What are other burning issues that the EALA Tanzanian MPs should tackle?
